Saurabh Bhardwaj attacks BJP on excise case, says – How do they know what the decision will be?

Tezzbuzz Desk – Aam Aadmi Party’s Delhi State President Saurabh Bhardwaj has raised serious questions on BJP leaders regarding the excise policy issue. He said that the way BJP’s Delhi state president Virendra Sachdeva and Delhi government minister Kapil Mishra are giving statements, it seems that they already know what the court’s decision is going to be.

‘How to know the decision in advance?’

While showing a video of Virendra Sachdeva in the press conference, Saurabh Bhardwaj said that in it he is claiming that Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and Durgesh Pathak are criminals and as the court process progresses, they will definitely be punished.

Raising questions on this, Bhardwaj said that how does Virendra Sachdeva know what decision the court is going to give, while the hearing of this case is still pending in the High Court.

Questions on Kapil Mishra’s statement also

The AAP leader also mentioned a social media post by Delhi government minister Kapil Mishra. He told that Kapil Mishra had written on X (formerly Twitter) – “The picture is still pending.”

Saurabh Bhardwaj said what is this “picture” and how does Kapil Mishra know what is going to happen next. He alleged that by making such statements, BJP leaders are indicating that they already know about the future of the case.

Mention of old dispute also

Bhardwaj also mentioned the 2020 Delhi riots regarding Kapil Mishra. He said that this is the same Kapil Mishra whose video had surfaced in which he was allegedly seen threatening.

He reminded that in February 2020, Justice S. of Delhi High Court. Muralidhar had reprimanded Delhi Police and the Central Government in his court by making strong remarks in this matter.

political rhetoric intensified

Delhi’s politics has once again heated up regarding the excise policy issue. While the Aam Aadmi Party is raising questions on the statements of BJP leaders, the BJP continues to attack the AAP leadership on this issue.
