Today’s Weather Updates
Delhi is likely to witness unusually warm, early summer-like conditions on Sunday, 01 March, 2026 with temperatures staying 15 to 20 degrees Celsius above normal for this time of year.
According to the IMD, the country is likely to experience a warmer-than-average March. In most parts of the northern and central regions, the temperatures during the day will remain between 30-38°C with some areas experiencing an increase of 5-10°C above the normal temperatures due to the lack of cloud formation and rainfall.
Westerly to northwesterly surface winds blowing at 15–25 kmph could offer brief relief from the heat. Meanwhile, air quality is expected to remain in the ‘Poor’ category, especially in areas such as Anand Vihar and Mundka.
