School bus overturns after returning from picnic! Major accident in Bishnah, Jammu, 35 children injured-VIDEO

A major road accident took place in Bishnah area of Jammu on Saturday, which created chaos in the entire area. At least 35 school children were injured when a school bus returning from a picnic overturned. The accident occurred when the bus collided with the divider on Jammu Ring Road and went out of control.

According to eyewitnesses, after the collision, the bus overturned on the road and there was screaming among the children sitting inside. As soon as information about the incident was received, local people, police and administration teams reached the spot and relief work was started.

How did the accident happen?

According to the information, this school bus was taking children back to their school from picnic. The bus lost its balance on the Ring Road near Bishnah in Jammu, after which it hit the road divider and overturned. The accident happened suddenly, due to which the driver did not get a chance to recover.

35 children injured, admitted to hospitals

At least 35 school children are said to be injured in this accident. All the injured children were immediately admitted to nearby hospitals, where they are undergoing treatment. At present, it has not been confirmed that the condition of any child is serious, although the doctors are continuously monitoring it.

Police and administration reached the spot

As soon as information about the accident was received, police and local administration teams reached the spot. The overturned bus was removed from the road and traffic was normalized. Police have started investigating the matter and the reasons for the accident are being ascertained.
