According to the report of Bollywood Hungama, on December 31, 2025, an email was received in theaters across the country, in which information was given about the change in the DCP (Director of Photography) of the film. Quoting sources, it is being told that the reason for the change is that as per the instructions received from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the filmmakers have muted two words and also changed a dialogue.

When will the new version of ‘Dhurandhar’ be released?
Well, if we talk about the release of the new version of ‘Dhurandhar’, then according to the news, the new version of the film was asked to be re-downloaded in theaters on January 1, 2026. Quoting sources, it is being told that ‘Baloch’ is also one of the words removed from the new version of ‘Dhurandhar’. However, no official announcement has been made yet by the makers regarding this matter.

In such a situation, now it has to be seen whether the film gets the benefit of New Year 2026 weekend or not. Or else Agastya Nanda’s film ‘Ikkis’ wins.
