Football legend Denis Law Passes Away  : Football legend Dennis Law has died at the age of 84. He was the only Scotland player to win the prestigious Ballon d'Or award. Known as “The King” and “The Lawman”, Law left his mark in the world of football. Spent 11 years with Manchester United, where he scored 237 goals in 404 matches. With this record he is third in the club's all-time top scorer list, behind Wayne Rooney and Sir Bobby Charlton.

Legendary striker Dennis Law spent 11 years at Manchester United, where his 237 goals in 404 matches put him third on the club's all-time scoring list, behind Wayne Rooney and Sir Bobby Charlton.

Born in Aberdeen, Law began his professional career at Huddersfield Town, before moving to Torino, Italy. He also played at Manchester City and returned to Manchester United, where he cemented his status as a football icon. Law played 55 times for Scotland, scoring 30 international goals, making him the joint-top scorer in the country's history.

In 2021, Law revealed that he was suffering from Alzheimer's and vascular dementia.

The football legend's family shared the news of his demise, saying, “It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our father Dennis Law. He fought bravely, but now he rests in peace.” The family thanked his caregivers and fans and said, “We know how much people loved him, and that love was always appreciated. Thank you.”
