SDM and CO took stock of the cleanliness of Chhath Ghat

On Tuesday, SDM Chandrabhan Singh and CO Sujit Rai took stock of the preparations going on in the Shivbaba temple complex of Shohratgarh town for the great festival of folk faith 'Chhath'. During this, he took information from Chairman representative Ravi Aggarwal regarding the cleanliness of the premises, availability of altar etc. along with the grandeur of the program and also gave necessary instructions to improve the program. Giving the above information, Chairman representative Ravi Aggarwal said that the work of cleaning the Shivbaba temple complex and the ponds located at Gadakul and Chhatahara is starting on a war footing under the direction of Chairman Uma Aggarwal. Painting work of the entire ghat has been done.
Regarding the arrangement of lighting at the ghat, the concerned employees have been instructed to complete all the preparations before the Chhath festival. He also said that a special cleanliness campaign will be conducted in the city on the occasion of Chhath festival, so that every possible effort will be made to ensure that the visiting devotees do not face any problem. He also said that like before, this year too a tableau has been called for the grandeur of the festival, so that the program can be made even more attractive. During this period various employees of Nagar Panchayat were present.
