Immunity Boost Fruits: The harsh cold of winter, dense fog and cold wave are affecting our health. Fruits available in winter warm the body from within, increase immunity and strengthen the digestive system. These fruits are not only rich in nutrition but are also easily digested, thereby maintaining the balance of Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
