Self. Demand for justice in Chhotalal Kushwaha case, memorandum submitted to DM
Kushinagar. A memorandum was submitted to the District Magistrate demanding to provide justice, financial assistance, government job and security to the widow and children of Late Chhotalal Kushwaha, Principal, resident of District Headquarters Ravindra Nagar and Gram Sabha Babuiyan Harpur. Along with this, a demand was also made to immediately withdraw the case number 747/25 registered against 59 people in Kotwali Padrauna.
This memorandum was given in the presence of officials of Rashtriya Kushwaha-Shakya-Saini-Maurya Mahasabha India and hundreds of supporters. Among those who gave memorandum, a large number including Mahasabha BJP leaders Nathuni Kushwaha, Parshuram Kushwaha, Kedarnath Kushwaha, Parasnath Kushwaha, Kishan Kushwaha, Bablu Pradhan, Ramadhar Kushwaha, Amit Kushwaha, Lal Bahadur Kushwaha, Vakil Kushwaha, Rajesh Kushwaha, Krishna Murari Kushwaha, Indrajit Kushwaha, Uday Narayan Kushwaha. People were present.
It was told in the memorandum that Principal Late. After the murder of Chhotalal Kushwaha, his family is going through extremely difficult circumstances. Along with ensuring the safety of the family, there was a demand for financial assistance for the maintenance of the family and a government job for one member.
Speakers also said that the case registered against 59 people in Kotwali Padrauna is baseless, due to which innocent people are being troubled. He demanded the administration to review the case impartially and immediately withdraw the case. The people who came to submit the memorandum demanded fair action from the administration and warned that if the victim’s family does not get justice soon, the movement will be further expanded.
