Raipur: Senior Hindi litterateur honored with Jnanpith Award Vinod Kumar Shukla passed away. He was 88 years old. He was admitted to Raipur AIIMS due to difficulty in breathing where he breathed his last at 4:58 pm. There is a wave of mourning in the Hindi literary world due to his demise. Vinod Kumar Shukla was one of those rare writers whose language reflected the extraordinary sensitivities of ordinary life.
