There is an alert of dense fog in 12 districts of Madhya Pradesh on Thursday. These include Gwalior, Morena, Bhind, Datia, Niwari, Tikamgarh, Chhatarpur, Panna, Satna, Rewa, Mauganj and Sidhi. At the same time, cold wave will prevail in Bhopal, Rajgarh, Shajapur, Sehore and Indore. Earlier on Wednesday too, there was fog in 22 districts including Bhopal and Gwalior. Visibility was 1 to 2 kilometers in Gwalior, Narmadapuram, Ujjain, Mandla, Rewa, Satna. At the same time, nothing was visible after 2 km in Bhopal, Jabalpur, Khajuraho, Naugaon, Malajkhand, Datia, Guna, Indore, Ratlam. Advice was also given to drive vehicles carefully during foggy conditions. There was so much fog in Shajapur that nothing was visible beyond 50 meters. A significant drop in mercury was seen in many cities of the state on Wednesday night. If we consider 5 big cities, Indore had the lowest temperature of 4.9 degrees. It was 5.1 degrees in Bhopal, 9.8 degrees in Gwalior, 8 degrees in Ujjain and 8.6 degrees in Jabalpur. Mandsaur was the coldest city of the state. The minimum temperature here reached 3.7 degrees. The temperature in Shajapur was 3.8 degrees. At the same time, it was 4.4 degrees in Rajgarh, 5.4 degrees in Pachmarhi-Naugaon, 5.6 degrees in Umaria-Malajkhand, 6.6 degrees in Raisen, 6.8 degrees in Chhindwara, 7 degrees in Rewa, 8.1 degrees in Mandla, 8.4 degrees in Khandwa-Satna, 8.5 degrees in Damoh-Betul, 8.6 degrees in Narsinghpur.
