Shadab Khan gave a big statement
After defeating Namibia, Shadab Khan was a part of the press conference, where he slammed Afridi and Yusuf and said, “Our former players may have their own opinions and they have made a big contribution to Pakistan cricket, but they could never succeed in defeating India in the World Cup. It was our team that registered that historic win against India in the 2021 World Cup. Of course, they are counted among the greats, but the big players of the World Cup. “He has no achievements worth remembering against India on the stage.”
After the defeat in the match against the Indian team, Afridi and Yusuf had advised to drop Shadab from the Pakistan team. While posting on social media, Mohammad Yusuf had written that the time of Shaheen, Babar and Shadab is now over, Pakistan’s T20 team needs new players, not hollow victories against weak teams.
Apart from this, Afridi had said in one of his statements that Shaheen Afridi, Babar Azam and Shadab Khan should be removed and these players should not be selected for the T20 International format in future.

Shadab Khan played a brilliant inning of 36 runs in 22 balls. Apart from 1 four, he also hit 3 sixes. After this he also showed excellence in bowling. He made 3 batsmen his victims by spending 19 runs in 4 overs, due to which Pakistan was successful in achieving a big win by 102 runs.
