Shehbaz Sharif on Operation Sindoor: Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has once again launched the so-called ‘Operation Sindoor’ against the Indian Army. Due to the statements made regarding this, he is in the news. After the military failure at the hands of India, questions are being raised on both the government and the army in Pakistan. Amidst this pressure, Shahbaz Sharif once again spread lies regarding Operation Sindoor on Wednesday.
Addressing an event organized in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Shahbaz praised the Pakistani Army and claimed that Pakistan has taught India a lesson which it will never forget. He even said that India will continue to feel the echo of this defeat from Delhi to Mumbai.
Political atmosphere tense in Pakistan
The political atmosphere within Pakistan has become quite tense since Operation Sindoor. Supporters of former Prime Minister Imran Khan are openly targeting Shahbaz Sharif and Army Chief Field Marshal Asim Munir. From social media to political forums, questions are being raised that the government and the army have failed to protect the security and reputation of the country. For this reason, internal political pressure on the present government is continuously increasing.
The Indian government had started Operation Sindoor after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir. Under this military action, the Indian Army attacked many targets inside Pakistan with BrahMos missiles. India claims that some airbases of Pakistan were seriously damaged in these attacks. It was also said that India’s S-400 air defense system shot down Pakistani fighter planes.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa intensifies TTP attacks
Meanwhile, attacks by Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan are continuously increasing in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in which many Pakistani soldiers have been killed. In such a situation, Shahbaz Sharif tried to reassure the Pashtun community and praised their bravery. He said that this area has been fighting against terrorism for a long time.

Imran Khan’s party PTI is in power in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Shahbaz Sharif and Asim Munir have been accused of trying to topple this government. In his speech, Shahbaz Sharif also mentioned the allegations of witchcraft in an indirect taunt on Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi.
