Shami will play in the T20 series against England from January 22, but a shocking information has come out, which says that Shami will not play all the T20 matches against England. Shami played his last match for India in November 2023 against Australia, which was an ODI match. At the same time, his last T20 match was held in November 2022. Now, after about 14 months, he is making a comeback in Team India. Shami was troubled by injury for a long time, but now he is fit and has performed well in domestic cricket. Now he will be seen playing in the T20 series against England.
Why won't Shami play all T20 matches?
Actually, India also has to play an ODI series against England after the T20 series. After this, the Champions Trophy will start in 2025, and Shami may also get a chance in the ODI team. PTI reports that keeping in mind his workload, he may be given a break in some matches, so that he can be fully prepared for the Champions Trophy 2025. Shami had surgery done after the World Cup final

After the surgery, he became fully fit and played for Bengal in domestic cricket.
