Lucknow. Jyotirmath’s Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteswarananda Saraswati has sounded the conch shell for ‘Gau Pratisthartha Dharma Yudh’ in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. A large number of saints, religious leaders and supporters were present in the program organized at Kanshi Ram Memorial Cultural Park of Ashiana. After this, while addressing the gathering, he made many allegations against the administration and the government. Dedication needed for change of power
Swami Avimukteshwaranand said that the same kind of dedication is needed for change of power. He said that his aim is not for the kings but for the welfare of the people. Many government saints did not come to this program, but they want effective saints. He said that the influence of saints like Shankaracharya, Kabirdas and Guru Nanak continues even today and the influence of such saints remains for generations. A new history is starting from today. We want you guys to become its founders.
