Shankaracharya's demand, government control should be removed from big temples, Tirupati Laddu is a conspiracy to corrupt religion…

Jabalpur:- Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwarananda has strongly condemned the Tirupati Devasthanam Prasad controversy and said that government control should be removed from big temples. After the claim of fish oil and animal fat in Tirupati temple Prasad, Shankaracharya lashed out at the government. He said that for 5 years, Prasad made of impure material was going to the temple, then where was the government and its intelligence? He said that if government control is not removed from temples, he will go to court. Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwarananda has said that if instead of the government, the control of big temples remains with religious leaders, then such mistakes will not happen.

Tirupati incident was termed unfortunate

Shankaracharya said, “The incident that happened in Tirupati is very unfortunate. Even after 77 years of independence, Hindus have not been able to get control of their temples. After this incident, legal experts will be consulted and if needed, the court will be approached and a demand will be made to end government control over big temples.”

Conspiracy to corrupt Hindu religion

Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand has alleged that there is a conspiracy of the former government of Andhra Pradesh in this case. They deliberately wanted to corrupt the religion of Hindus, so they did this. Shankaracharya said that after this incident, he is taking out a tour across the country to end cow slaughter. So that those who kill cows do not use its fat and neither can fake ghee be made from it.

What is the Tirupati Prasad controversy?

In fact, serious negligence has come to light in the laddus offered as prasad in the world famous Tirupati temple of Andhra Pradesh. A lab in Gujarat has claimed that animal fat and fish oil were used along with ghee in making the laddus. After this, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has accused the previous government of 'great sin' of hurting the sentiments of devotees and playing with their religion.

There may be disturbances in other pilgrimages as well

Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand said, “The way irregularities happened in Tirupati Devasthanam, the same possibility is there in Badrinath and Kedarnath as well. Because here also the government is going to make recruitments through its control. Nothing can be said about who will be recruited in the future and there is also a question on how much he understands the religious place.
