According to scientists, Moringa is known as super food all over the world. Ayurvedic doctor Deeksha Bhavsar shared the uses of Munga tree on her Instagram page. He said that Moringa is used in Ayurveda to treat 300 diseases. It is known as a wonderful tree. Moringa tree protects from diseases like asthma and arthritis. Helpful in common problems like hair fall. Dr. Deeksha Bhavsar said that although munga has medicinal properties, it should not be included in the diet without the advice of an expert.

All parts of the Moringa plant are full of medicinal properties. But the doctor said that its leaves contain more nutrients. Diksha said that Moringa leaves can also be used in your dishes. Moringa leaves can be added to dal and parathas. Moringa can be dried. Take fresh tender leaves and wash them with clean water and dry them in the shade. If a white cotton cloth is put on it, the color will not change. Leave it to dry for a week, after that make powder of these leaves and put it in a container, after which it can be added to many dishes and eaten. If you use this powder in juice, soup, chapati and dosa then anemia will not occur.
