Should there be exams for leaders also?

Raghav Chadha said “There should also be an examination to become a leader, because when every government job requires an exam, why not for becoming a leader?”

This statement of his raises many questions. We see every day how our leaders create ruckus in Parliament. Seeing his language, his behaviour, his controversial statements and his declining politics, a definite question arises that “should qualification and exams really be made mandatory for our leaders and MPs?”.

First of all, do our leaders consider it their job to work for the country? Or don’t you believe? Or do you believe in serving the country? Whenever we say “Job”, with it comes discipline and responsibility. Accountability, commitment, etc. etc. When we understand “Job”, it has many meanings. He has education and there are exams for him.

A small thing, even if children want to take admission in schools, they have to give exams. Parents are interviewed. After that the child gets admission in school. Whatever be the job, we have to go through so many processes. Return test, interviews and many other processes. After all these processes our future is assured. The conditions do not end even after getting the job. If you want promotion then do less, do good work, you have to fulfill all the required criteria, only then you get promoted.

If there is a flaw in you or your work, you will not get promotion. Your salary is deducted at any time. This means that your performance is checked. Do all these criteria apply to leaders? The question is big, a very big question. If this had been thought of only when the process of our Constitution had started, or the Constitution was being written. But at that time the thought would not have come to his mind that such days would come in the future when there would be discussion about the education, qualification and exams of leaders.

now we discuss “SMART” work of .This Word In“M”- Morality, A- Accountability, R-Reliable, T-Transparcy would have Is . Power Leaders and parties work by concentrating power. It is said that“Power corrupts man and absolute power corrupts absolutely”. The pictures around us prove this to be true. Doing politics is a job, so all the rules which apply to a working person should apply to him.

A demand should be made that salary, promotion, allowance all should be implemented on the basis of performance. Now leaders, MPs, MLAs should join politics Country Service believe, people of Service Admit it. It is said here that Service Of Any value No Would. This is the language of all the leaders during elections.Society Service do, Country Service do“.

But after winning the elections, who knows?, which society? It also happens that service is seen being made. Lots of scams, corruption, properties worth crores, bungalows, cars which have become a common thing. Enjoyment of all facilities and comforts in the name of “service”. When service has to be done then what is the expectation? If it is “service” then why salary? If there is service to the country then why all the facilities? Not only this, there is also retirement salary. means that all fingers Ghee It happens only in me.

In the name of “service” some leaders are accused of crimes, FIRs are registered. They also contest elections and we surprise them by making them win. Dominance started in politics also. Many mafias came and won. Collected assets worth lakhs of crores. as well as your mafia Rule Let’s run. So what kind of service was this? This is a very serious question.

If an ordinary person breaks even a small rule, immediate action is taken against him. If any ordinary officer commits corruption, he is immediately suspended, then why are the leaders not kept within the ambit of strict rules and regulations?

So the statement given by Raghav Chadha ji is welcome. It is necessary to brainstorm on it. The question is who will bring such a law? Our Parliament? There will be discussion, debate and voting in Parliament, which is a normal process. If the matter is going to be applicable on the MPs themselves, will the MPs bring it in the Parliament? You also think and that is why the matter has been raised, then the matter will remain only on record, the result of which is known to all of us.
