Subhendu Adhikari cabinet expansion tomorrow at 11 am, 35 ministers will take oath, Chief Minister gave information
Kolkata : The second phase of formation of BJP government in West Bengal is going to be completed on Monday. On Monday, 35 new ministers will be administered the oath of office. Chief Minister Shubhendu Adhikari has given information on social media platform X. He informed that the State Council of Ministers will be expanded and 35 new ministers will take oath. The swearing-in ceremony will be held at Lok Bhawan at 11 am on Monday, where Governor RN Ravi will administer the oath of office and secrecy to the ministers.

When did Subhendu Adhikari take oath in Bengal?
Actually, Shubhendu Adhikari had taken oath as the Chief Minister of West Bengal on 9 May. With this, a historic change was registered in the politics of the state. Because for the first time BJP formed government with full majority in West Bengal. BJP ended the 15-year rule of Trinamool Congress by securing a clear majority in the 294-member assembly.
Tomorrow the full cabinet of the nationalist government elected as per the opinion of the people of West Bengal is going to be formed.

How many ministers took oath along with Shubhendu Adhikari?
Governor RN Ravi administered the oath of office to Shubhendu Adhikari as Chief Minister in a grand swearing-in ceremony held at the Brigade Parade Ground in Kolkata. Along with him, five other leaders also took oath as ministers. These included Dilip Ghosh, Agnimitra Paul, Ashok Kirtania, Khudiram Tudu and Nisith Pramanik.
Cabinet expansion will strengthen Shubhendu Adhikari’s team
Now with the cabinet expansion, the BJP government is going to further strengthen its team at the administrative level. Political experts believe that by inducting new ministers, the government will try to give representation to different regions and social classes. This swearing-in ceremony to be held at Lok Bhawan is being considered an important political and administrative step for the new BJP government of West Bengal.
