Rules of Shukrawar: Friday is dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth, glory, happiness and prosperity. This day has been described in the scriptures as the best day to worship Goddess Lakshmi and please her. People keep fast on Friday. Many people observe the fast of Vaibhav Lakshmi and Mata Santoshi along with Maa Lakshmi on this day. In Hindu religion due to war being related to wealth and prosperity. Friday Are prohibited from doing certain tasks. It is believed that Goddess Lakshmi gets angry due to these activities done on Friday, due to which one has to face financial difficulties, problems and failures. Especially on this day, special care should be taken in the transaction of some things.

Do not transact these things on Friday
Wealth: On Friday, one should neither borrow money from anyone nor give loan to anyone. Mother Lakshmi gets angry if money is transacted on Friday. Therefore avoid these tasks on this day.
Don't buy these things: Friday is very auspicious for many works. But kitchen or puja related items should not be purchased on this day. It is believed that this reduces the prosperity of the house.
Do not give these white things to anyone: According to astrology, avoid giving sugar to anyone on Friday. If you, knowingly or unknowingly, donate sugar to someone on Friday, it will bring inauspicious effects from the planet Venus and you may have to face problems related to material comforts.
It is auspicious to do this work on Friday
- Even if you do not keep fast on Friday, then take bath and worship Goddess Lakshmi as per the rituals.
- On Friday, worship Goddess Lakshmi by offering lotus flowers, makhana, cowries, batashes etc. Also, reciting Shri Lakshmi Sukta on this day is considered auspicious.
- On Friday, along with Goddess Lakshmi, definitely worship Lord Vishnu. By doing this, with the grace of Lakshminarayan, paths to success will open and there will be double progress during the day and quadruple at night.
- Donating ghee lamp in the temple on Friday, lighting ghee lamp near the main entrance of the house and Tulsi, feeding sugar to black ants etc. is considered auspicious.
