The third season of Sylvia will take place in the beautiful Italian region of Umbria, where we will continue to see her cope with solving crimes, enjoying the wonderful scenery, and experiencing some personal challenges after recovering from her abduction in Season 2. In addition to new episodes focusing on Sylvia’s professional and personal life, we will also follow the investigation of the murder of a winery owner, the mysterious circumstances surrounding the death of a young man at the home of a high-profile Couple whom have claimed they don’t know him, as well as the evolution of Sylvia’s relationship with Captain Riva. In the final episode, Sylvia is faced with a more personal and emotional crisis when someone close to her is murdered, and she will again be faced with the threat of losing Adam, who returns badly injured and in danger from the past she shares with him as a spy.

Season 3 will continue to offer audiences the same recipes for success that made this series popular: Cozy village charm; Beautiful Umbrian scenery; A “Who Done It?” style of mystery with humorous spy overtones; Family drama; And fun detective work. Each of the episodes will be full-length (90 minutes) feature films, which will include the development of the characters and storylines over time and will have a light-hearted, scenic perspective.
