Silver price today 3 May 2026: Stormy change in silver prices! Missing today’s rate may prove costly


Silver Price Today: Like gold, the prices of silver are also fluctuating, due to which both investors and buyers are keeping an eye on the market. The market is closed today, so silver rates will be decided on the basis of Thursday’s data. According to the data of All India Bullion Association, the price of silver in Delhi has now reached ₹ 2,42,700 per kg (including tax). A slight increase was seen on the Multi Commodity Exchange. Silver is trading at ₹2,38,790 per kg, which is slightly higher than the previous closing price (₹2,38,617).

According to the Indian Bullion and Jewelers Association, the price was recorded at ₹ 2,40,331 per kg on Friday. Since the market remains closed on weekends, the same rates will be applicable on Saturday and Sunday also.

MCX Silver Rates

Gold and silver prices in the Indian bullion market witnessed a sharp rise on the evening of April 30, which strengthened the market significantly. Gold prices on the Commodity Exchange (MCX) rose by almost 2% and crossed the important mark of ₹ 1.51 lakh for the first time. Silver saw even bigger gains, rising by more than 3% to very close to ₹2.41 lakh. However, due to the holiday in the first market session on the occasion of Maharashtra Day, gold trading was stopped on the Multi-Commodity Exchange on Friday.
