Ingredients required to make Sindhi Potato Took

– Potatoes – 4 (medium sized)
– Oil – for frying
– Salt – as per taste
– Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
– Coriander powder – 1 tsp
– Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
– Dry mango powder – 1/2 tsp
– Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp (optional)
– Fresh coriander leaves – to garnish

How to make Sindhi Potato Took
To make Sindhi Potato Took, first wash and peel the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into round slices 1/2 inch thick. Press the slices lightly to flatten them.

Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the potato slices on medium flame until golden and crisp.
Take out the fried potatoes on tissue paper to remove excess oil.

1. Mix salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and dry mango powder in a bowl.
2. Place the fried potato slices in a vessel and sprinkle the prepared masala on top.
3. Mix the potatoes well with the spices so that the spices stick well to each slice.

serve
Remove the Spicy Potato Took in a plate.
Add chaat masala and fresh coriander leaves on top.
