Let us tell you that the personal land of the victim, Dhanpat Kol, who is a poor labourer, was transferred by some land mafia of Sirmaur in 2020 by preparing forged documents and got the name transferred fake, for which the victim applied several times to the Tribal Revenue Department for action on the matter. There was a demand for action, but many years have passed, till date no solution has been given to the problem of the victims by the Revenue Department, due to which now the situation has become such that the land mafia keeps threatening the poor victims to give up their land. They are after his life, due to which the victim has been forced to live with his family under the shadow of fear and terror, and now he has gone on a hunger strike in front of the Sirmaur SDM office with his following demands.

The main demands of the victim are as follows…

  1. Victim Dhanpat Kol whose residence no. In respect of 1437 rakwa (0.053 hectares), the Sachra certificate should be investigated and punitive action should be taken.
  2. Legal punitive action should be taken against all the persons involved in making fake sachars.
  3. Punitive action should be taken against the person concerned on the matter of giving fake report by former Patwari Halka Sirmaur Jairam Gautam, who was involved in making the said fraudulent registry.
  4. Strict punitive action should be taken against Alok Pandey, father Krishna Kumar Pandey, resident of Sirmaur for violating Section 165 of Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code 1959 and Section 27 and 64 of Stamp Act.
  5. On the basis of fake deed, the lease and transfer of name of Alok Pandey should be canceled and criminal case should be registered against Mandhir Kotwar, Gajendra Kushwaha, Rambhajan Kotwar, Ugrasen Kotwar, Purnima Mishra, Vinay Mishra, Chandraprakash alias Tinku Pandey and Alok Pandey and action should be taken. ,
To provide justice to the poor tribals, state president of Birsa Munda Vichar Manch Vishnukant Kushwaha has also sat on a hunger strike with the victim.
A big issue has also come to light that a good amount of money is demanded from the victims even for the purpose of arranging birds in the revenue offices of Sirmaur. Now the poor are dying in their poverty. On top of that, there is corruption in the government departments which eats away at the system like termites. going,

It has been seen that there are many such victims who were found crying in front of the SDM, after hearing which even the officers were heartbroken.
A great irony has been seen in Sirmaur, the government says that we and our government officials are there to serve the public, here the victims are crying, and the officials say what should we do, the situation is such that in Sirmaur there is no one to listen to the poor. There is no one, now if he goes then whom should he go to? Now it will be interesting to see whether Rewa District Administration and Sirmaur Revenue Department takes any action in the land case of a poor tribal victim or not.
