SIS targets revenue of Rs 20,000 crore in 2026-27, eyes on five lakh workforce

New Delhi. Security and facility management services provider SIS Ltd aims to cross revenue of Rs 20,000 crore by FY 2026-27. The company’s group managing director Rituraj Sinha said it is confident of achieving this target with the help of strong double-digit growth, expansion of service network and a simplified regulatory framework under the new labor code. SIS currently employs approximately 3.46 lakh people.

It expects a sharp growth in its core security solutions and facility management services in the current financial year. Apart from India, the company also has operations in markets like Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. It is aiming to increase its workforce to five lakh by 2030. If this happens, the company will join the top five employers in the private sector.

“Given our order book and our current growth rate, we are targeting revenues of around Rs 20,000 crore and profit after tax (PAT) of around Rs 500 crore in FY 2026-27,” Sinha said in a conversation with PTI. He said the company is seeing strong demand across sectors supported by the increasing formalization of the economy and growing preference for organized security and facility management services.
