Skoda Kylaq Specs Revealed Ahead of Official Debut on November 6, Check Details

The leading car manufacturer Skoda is all set to introduce a new Sub-4 Meter Compact SUV named Kylaq in India. The official unveiling date has been set for November 6, when the company will be showcasing the vehicle in the country.

Overall Dimension

Ahead of an official release, the brand has revealed all the spec-related details, giving an insight upcoming model. It has been informed that the vehicle will hit the market with a small size compared ongoing Kushaq. It will feature a length of 3,995 mm, a wheelbase of 2,566 mm, and will have a ground clearance of 189mm.

Platform

It will be the fifth model from the company’s lineup that will use VW’s Group’s India 2.0 program, featuring the MQB A0 IN platform. In case you are not aware, it is the same platform that has been used in both Kushaq and Slavia.

It has been reported that the upcoming offering from Skoda will be strongly influenced by its new-age solid design language. It will get a similar style statement as Elroq, which has been unveiled recently overseas.

Engine and Power

The Skoda Kylaq will be powered by a 1.0 TSI turbocharged petrol engine, which will generate a maximum power of 113 bhp and a peak torque of 178 Nm. It will be offered in both 6-speed manual and automatic transmission.

Talking about some notable elements, it will get fully LED treatment at both ends, a signature-style grill at the front, and automated IRVM. first-in-class six-way adjustable driver and passenger seats, ventilation feature, 360-degree camera and whatnot.
