New Delhi: There is no denying the fact that Sky Force is one of the most-anticipated Bollywood releases of early 2025 with massive expectations riding on it. After a mediocre start at the Box Office on its opening day on Friday (January 24, 2025), the action drama finally soared high on Republic Day.
According to Sacnilk, rough data indicated that the movie raked in Rs 27.5 crore on Sunday (January 26, 2025). If this figure turns out to be accurate, the total collection of the flick now stands at Rs 61.8 crore in India, as per the industry tracker.

Now, it will be interesting to see if Sky Force manages to maintain its momentum on weekdays. All eyes are on the Monday test as the theatrical journey of the Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Anil Kapur directorial intensifies.
Sky Force star cast
The film stars akshay kumar in the lead role and marks the debut of newcomer veer pahariya in hindi cinema. Sky force also features Sara Ali Khan, Nimrat Kaur, Sharad Kelkar, Mohit Chauhan, Manish Choudhary and Varun Badola in Pivotal Roles.
In an interesting conversation with ANI, Veer recently revealed how he was chosen for the project. He disclosed that he had auditioned for another film but, during the look and screen tests, something caught the eye of the makers. Veer expressed feeling extremely fortunate to be part of a movie that honours a true hero and brings his inspiring story to the world.

Sky Force brings to the screen the story of India’s retaliatory strike on Pakistan’s Sargodha airbase during the 1965 Indo-Pak air war. Produced by Maddock Films and Jio Studios, the film opened to mostly positive reviews from critics.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh attended a special screening of Sky Force on Tuesday (January 21, 2025). CDS General Anil Chauhan and several other officials also graced the event with their presence.
