Smuggling of MD drug through Rajnigandha sachet in Neemuch, police arrested two accused

The police have achieved a major success by adopting a strict stance on the increasing drug trade in Neemuch district. The City Police has arrested two members of a gang selling Rajnigandha sachets mixed with MD drugs. After this case came to light, there was a sensation in the entire area, especially because the accused were supplying this dangerous drug among the colleges and youth.

In the police action, 36 grams of MD drug, Rajnigandha sachets, a motorcycle and other materials have been seized. Another accused associated with this gang is already in the custody of Neemuch Kent police station. Police say this is just the beginning and the entire network is being investigated in depth.

MD in Neemuch, dangerous method of drug smuggling

MD This method of drug smuggling in Neemuch is very shocking. The accused were mixing MD drugs in commonly used tobacco sachets like Rajnigandha and distributing it to the youth. MD was selling drugs near the college

Neemuch City police station in-charge Pushpa Singh Chauhan said that the police were continuously receiving complaints and secret information. According to the information, some youths were pushing the youth into drug addiction in PG College, Manasa Naka and surrounding areas located on Manasa Road. Based on the information, the police planned and took action. Sachin son of Dineshdas Bairagi, resident of Indira Nagar, Neemuch, was caught after cordoning off the Talai area near the college. During the search, 36 grams of MD drug and 10 sachets of tuberose were recovered from him.

Organized gang revealed during interrogation

After interrogating Sachin Bairagi, the police got major information. On his behest, Yash alias Raki, son of Anil Sharma, resident of Gwaltoli was also arrested. Police also seized the motorcycle being used for drug smuggling from him. Upon further investigation, it became clear that this was not an isolated case, rather an organized gang had been running the illegal business of MD drugs in Neemuch for a long time. This gang also included Neemuch resident Salman alias Chhotu, son of Shabir Khan, who is already in the custody of Neemuch Kent police station.

Illegal drug trade was going on for a long time

Police investigation has revealed that the accused were active in this illegal business for a long time. They used to target youth in different areas, especially around colleges and educational institutions. Consumption of dangerous drugs like MD drugs is extremely harmful for both the health and future of the youth. Police say that the accused were carrying forward this business by luring young youth to get addicted quickly.
