After the humiliation in the first Test against England in Multan, the Pakistan team had made many major changes. The selection committee of Pakistan Cricket Board showed the way out to fast bowlers like Shaheen Afridi and Naseem Shah in the second test. In their place, two spinners were included in the team, one of whom is Sajid Khan. The same Sajid Khan who had completely destroyed England’s batting line-up in the first innings in Multan. He gave Pakistan a lead of 75 runs by taking 7 wickets in the first innings. He also played an important role in the victory by taking 2 wickets in the second innings. For this brilliant performance he was also chosen Player of the Match.
