IND vs SA Super-8: The Indian team has faced a crushing defeat by 76 runs against South Africa in its very first match of Super-8. While batting in this match played at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, South Africa had scored 187 runs. In reply, Team India was reduced to 111 runs in 18.5 overs. Team India had a very bad start

South Africa had set a target of 187 runs

David Miller played a brilliant inning of 63 runs in 35 balls for the team. During this, he hit 7 fours and 3 sixes. Whereas Dewald Brevis scored 45 runs on 29 balls, which included 3 fours and 3 sixes. While Tristan Stubbs played an unbeaten inning of 44 runs in 24 balls. During this, he hit one four and 3 sixes. Jasprit Bumrah took 3 wickets for India. Arshdeep Singh took 2 wickets. Whereas Varun Chakraborty and Shivam Dubey got 1 success each.
