South Indian beauties overshadow Bollywood: Samantha tops Ormax ranking, Rashmika and Nayanthara beat Deepika-Alia!

New Delhi: ‘Ormax Media’, a famous organization that measures the popularity of the entertainment world, has released the list of its most popular female stars for October 2025. This time’s ranking has once again proved that the magic of South Indian actresses is on the hearts of the Indian audience. Like every time, this time also the beauties of South have maintained their dominance in the top 10 list, giving tough competition to the big stars of Bollywood.

It is not surprising that the first position in this list has once again been captured by the ‘Queen’ of South Indian cinema, Samantha Ruth Prabhu. On the basis of her excellent acting and tremendous fan following, Samantha has retained the number one position. At the same time, from Bollywood side, Alia Bhatt is the only one who remains at the second position, giving tough competition to Samantha. However, the name of South Superstar Nayanthara again comes at number three, who shows that the charm of ‘Lady Superstar’ is still intact.

The most shocking change in this time’s list has been seen at the fourth position. ‘National Crush’ Rashmika Mandanna has taken a huge leap, leaving behind veteran actresses like Sai Pallavi and Deepika Padukone and has secured her place at number four. After these, the name of Kajal Aggarwal is at fifth place and Trisha Krishnan is at sixth place. Deepika Padukone, one of the biggest stars of Bollywood, has slipped to the seventh position this time, which may be a bit disappointing for her fans.

Sai Pallavi, who plays the role of Mother Sita in the upcoming film ‘Ramayana’, is at number eight this time. At the same time, after a long gap, Tamannaah Bhatia has again returned to the top 10 and is at ninth position. The list concludes with Sreeleela, who has recently increased her popularity tremendously with the song ‘Thappad Marungi’ from the film ‘Pushpa 2’ and has managed to make it to the tenth position. Overall, this list clearly indicates that the battle of ‘Bollywood vs South’ in Indian cinema is becoming more interesting.
