South Korean actor Hyun Bin stays at luxury hotel during Taipei trip
Hyun Bin, one of South Korea’s most influential actors, recently stayed two nights at one of Taipei’s most luxurious hotels and enjoyed dim sum at a traditional restaurant.
The actor visited Taipei to promote his new film, “Harbin”, on Wednesday, marking the first stop of the movie’s promotional tour across Asia, TVBS reported. |
Hyun Bin is spotted visiting the Dian Shui Lou restaurant on Huaining Road, where he greeted fans and accepted a small gift featuring a photo of him and his wife, actress Son Ye Jin. |
The restaurant’s signature dish is xiaolongbao, traditionally prepared in a xiaolong, a small bamboo steaming basket. |
During his three-day stay in Taipei, Hyun Bin was reportedly staying at the five-star Grand Hyatt in Xinyi District, according to local media. |
He stayed at the Presidential Suite on the 25th floor, which spans 67 square meters. |
The hotel offers views of Taipei 101, a 101-story skyscraper in downtown area and one of the tallest buildings in the world. |
