Activate DND via SMS (for all networks)

You can enable Do Not Disturb (DND) for all promotional calls and SMS by sending SMS to 1909.

This will block promotional communications in all categories.

Steps to activate DND through mobile apps

Airtel users

Open Airtel Thanks app

Go to Menu

Tap on Services

Select DND Services and activate it

Jio users

Open MyJio app

Go to Menu

Tap on Settings

Select Service Settings

Click on Do Not Disturb and enable it

Vi users

Open Vi app

Go to Menu

Tap on Profile

Select DND and activate settings
