‘Speak brother, not brother’, conversation between Rinku Singh’s sister and Sunil Narine went viral

Kolkata Knight Riders’ star player Rinku Singh is once again in the news but this time the reason is not just his game but a funny video call. Rinku Singh was talking to his family on video call after registering a thrilling win against Lucknow. Sunil Narine was also sitting near him. When Rinku’s sister saw Naren, she very innocently said ‘Namaste bhaiya’ to him.

Hearing this, Rinku immediately interrupted and said that call him ‘Brother’ and not ‘Bhaiya’ because he does not understand Hindi. When the sister praised Naren and said – ‘You bowled very well’, Rinku translated it into English and Naren won everyone’s heart by smilingly saying ‘Thank you very much’.

Kolkata Knight Riders had a very bad start in the match and the team lost 7 wickets for just 93 runs. In such difficult times, Rinku Singh batted carefully and scored 83 runs in 51 balls. Only with the help of his innings, KKR team could reach the score of 155 runs. Apart from batting, Rinku Singh also showed excellent performance in fielding and took 4 catches during the match. For his excellent all-round performance, he was also given the ‘Player of the Match’ award.
