Special recipe of Khoya Rava Coconut Laddu
Khoya Rava Coconut Laddu
Ingredients: • Grated coconut: 1 cup • Semolina/Rava: 3/4 cup • Khoya: 1 cup • Milk: 1/2 cup • Sugar: 1/2 cup • Raisins: 12 • Cashews: 8 • Ghee: 2 tsp • Coconut powder: 4 spoons
Method: Fry cashews and raisins in ghee. Put sugar in a grinder and grind it. Combine coconut, semolina and khoya in a pan and mix well. Add milk kept at normal temperature into it and mix. Now turn on the gas and cook all these ingredients on low flame for half an hour while stirring continuously. Turn off the gas. When the ingredients cool down a bit, add roasted nuts and sugar and mix well. Prepare laddus of desired shape from this mixture. Spread coconut powder in a plate. Roll the prepared laddu in it so that the mixture gets coated all around the laddu. Serve after keeping it in the fridge for some time.
