Special Trains From Pune | Railways have taken an important step to control the increasing passenger rush during summer vacations. Central Railway will run a special train between Pune and Gazipur so that the passengers can travel comfortably and they do not have to face any rush. This train will pass through North Maharashtra, which will greatly benefit the passengers going to cities like Ahilyanagar, Jalgaon, Manmad.

As per the revised timetable, train number 01432 returning from Gazipur City will now halt at Hadapsar railway station instead of Pune station. Train No. 01431 ‘Pune-Gazipur City Special Train’ will depart from Pune at 06:40 AM on every Friday and Tuesday from 1st May to 14th July 2026 and reach Gazipur City at 19:05 PM on the next day. Whereas on the return journey, train number 01432 ‘Gazipur City-Hadapsar Special’ will depart from Ghazipur City at 04:20 AM on every Sunday and Thursday from 3 May to 16 July 2026 and reach Hadapsar at 16:20 PM on the next day. There will be total 22 trips of this train.

During the journey, this special train will stop at Daund Chord Line, Ahmednagar, Kopargaon, Ankai, Manmad, Jalgaon, Bhusawal, Khandwa, Itarsi, Piparia, Narsinghpur, Madan Mahal, Katni, Maihar, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chivki, Vindhyachal, Varanasi, Jaunpur and Aunrihar railway stations. As this includes Manmad, Jalgaon, Bhusawal railway stations in North Maharashtra, this special train will be beneficial for passengers going to North Maharashtra from Pune. Special Trains From Pune

Meanwhile, each of these trains will have 18 ICF coaches, comprising one air-conditioned (AC) 2-tier coach, five AC 3-tier coaches, six sleeper class coaches, four ordinary second class coaches and two guard-cum-luggage vans.

Booking for Train No. 01431 will be available from 15th April 2026 at all Computerized Passenger Reservation Centers (PRS) and ‘IRCTC Rail Connect’ platform. General second class coaches and guard/luggage vans will be operated as ‘unreserved’ coaches. Tickets for these coaches can be reserved through UTS system. For this, the usual fares applicable to Superfast, Mail and Express trains will be charged. Before starting their journey, passengers can check the detailed timetable at intermediate stops through the NTES app or on the official inquiry portal of the Railways.
