Speed ​​havoc in UP’s Barabanki: Innova car rammed into trailer from behind, 4 devotees killed, 3 injured

Barabanki, 26 May. A painful road accident took place in Barabanki district of Uttar Pradesh on the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday. Four devotees died in this accident, while three others were seriously injured. This accident happened at around 2 o’clock in the night on Sultanpur-Lucknow Expressway near Bhikhara village of Haidergarh police station area. After the accident, there was chaos on the spot and after hearing the screams, the passersby informed the police. According to the information, seven people traveling in the Innova car were going to visit Kainchi Dham in Uttarakhand. Meanwhile, an Innova car rammed into a trailer going from Sultanpur towards Lucknow from behind.

The collision was so severe that the front part of the car was blown off and the people sitting in it were badly trapped. In the accident, Rahul Kumar son of Sanjay Kumar resident of Mughalsarai district Chandauli, Rahul Singh son of Ajay Pratap resident of Gabipur district Ghazipur, Satyam Singh son of late Tej Pratap Singh resident of Rampur Rasra district Ballia and Suraj Mishra resident of Nikaspur police station Sultanpur died on the spot. As soon as the news of the accident was received, there was chaos among the families of the deceased.

Whereas, Pankaj son of Ramesh Singh resident of Chunar district Mirzapur, Prashant son of Avadh Bihari resident of Bela district Ballia and Chandan Singh son of Dashrath Singh resident of Chunar district Mirzapur were seriously injured. Police and relief team arrived on information and took out the injured and took them to Community Health Center Haidergarh. Seeing his serious condition after first aid, he was referred to KGMU Trauma Center, Lucknow. Police have taken the bodies of the deceased in their custody and sent them for post-mortem and have started investigation into the accident. In the preliminary investigation, high speed is being considered as the main reason for the accident. The police has started the investigation
