Spicy Moong Dal Pakodas, your family will go crazy
Ingredients for making Moong Dal Pakoda
Moong dal (without peel) – 1 cup
Ground coriander seeds – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Chopped green chilli – 1 tbsp
oil for frying
Salt – as per taste
How to make Moong Dal Pakoda
To make moong dal pakodas, first clean and wash the moong dal and then soak it in water for 2 hours. – After this, grind whole coriander and black pepper coarsely. – After this, cut green chillies into fine pieces. After the stipulated time, put the soaked moong dal in a sieve and let the excess water drain out. After this, put the lentils and green chillies in the mixer and grind them to make a coarse paste. Be careful not to make a very smooth paste of the lentils. Now put the prepared paste in a deep bowl and add coriander seeds, coarsely ground black pepper and mix. – After this add salt as per taste and mix. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, take a little of the prepared mixture in your hand and make pakodas and put them in the pan. Now fry the pakodas from both the sides till they become golden and crisp. After this take it out in a plate. Similarly, prepare crispy moong dal pakodas from all the batter. Now serve tasty moong dal pakoda with green chutney.
