Spinach Corn Stuffed Appe Recipe: As soon as the cold weather arrives, vegetables start arriving in the market. The largest variety of vegetables is available in this season. And those who eat with great gusto enjoy this season. One of the most special vegetables of this season is spinach.

Although it is used as a vegetable, apart from this, Puri, Paratha and many other dishes are also made from it. But if you want to try something new with spinach bhaji, then today we will tell you the recipe of making spinach appe. So let's know how to make it.

Material

  • * Semolina-1 cup
  • * Curd-1/2 cup
  • * Spinach (finely chopped) – 1/2 cup
  • * Corn-1/2 cup boiled
  • * Carrot-1 small (grated)
  • * Capsicum – 1/2 cup chopped
  • *Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
  • * Green chilli-1 (finely chopped)
  • * Black pepper powder- 1/4 teaspoon
  • * Salt – as per taste
  • * Baking soda- 1/4 teaspoon
  • * Oil (for appe pan)

Spinach Corn Stuffed Appe Recipe: विधि

1- First of all, add semolina and curd in a big bowl and mix well. Keep this batter covered for 15-20 minutes so that the semolina swells. This will make the appe soft and fluffy.

2-Now add spinach, boiled corn, grated carrot, capsicum, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli and salt and mix well. This mixture will make the appe healthy and colourful.

3-Add baking soda and beat the batter lightly so that the appe becomes puffy and spongy. Use the batter immediately.

4-Now heat the appe pan on medium flame and pour a little oil in each groove. Now fill the batter in the groove and let it cook on low flame. When the lower surface becomes light golden, turn it with a spoon and cook from the other side also. Cook the appe until it becomes golden and crispy from all sides.

5- Spinach Corn Stuffed Appe is ready. Serve them with hot green coriander chutney or tomato chutney. If you want, you can also sprinkle chaat masala on them, which will further enhance its taste.
