Former Chief Minister MK Stalin, while congratulating Vijay, made a taunt which heated up the atmosphere of Tamil Nadu politics.

Congratulating Vijay on social media platform He said that the government has enough money, all that is needed is the right intentions and better administration.

Referring to the functioning of his government, the DMK chief said that despite challenges like Covid, floods and neglect of the Centre, his government ran many public welfare schemes. He also hit back at Vijay’s allegation that DMK would have to leave huge debt before forming the new government. Stalin claimed that Tamil Nadu’s debt was within controlled limits and this information had already been given in the budget.

At the end of his statement, Stalin also hinted at the challenges of politics to Vijay. He said that it is easy to make election promises, but the real difficulty of implementing them is understood after coming to power.
