Stallion India IPO allotment today: How to check online, a step-by-step guide
Stallion India IPO triggered great enthusiasm among investors which is evident from the level of subscription as well as the response from anchor investors who picked up 30% of the Rs 199.45 crore issue. It comprised an issue of 178,58,740 fresh shares amounting to Rs 160.73 crores and an OFS (Offer for Sale) of 43,02,656 shares aggregating to Rs 38.72 crores. The face value of a share is Rs 10 while the price band was set at Rs 85-90 per share. The shares will list on BSE and NSE on Thursday, January 23, 2025. January 22 has been scheduled as the date to refund application money to unsuccessful applicants. Successful applicants will get shares credit to their demat accounts on the same day.
Stallion India IPO last GMP was Rs 42 in the evening of January 20. Considering the price of the share at the upper end of the band — Rs 90 — the GMP signalled a listing price of 132 (cap price + today’s GMP), os a listing gain of 46.67%. TWO: Proceed to the “IPO allotment” window on this portal.
THREE: Click on Stallion India IPO as issue type.
FOUR: Type your PAN (Permanent account number) or IPO application number.
FIVE: By clicking ‘Search’ you can view status.
Checking Stallion India IPO allotment on registrar’s website
ONE: Go to the website of Bigshare Services, which is the registrar to the issue
TWO: Now click IPO allotment.
THREE: Choose ‘Stallion India’ from a dropdown menu.
FOUR: Type your PAN or Client ID/DP.
FIVE: Enter Captcha and click ‘Submit’ to check allotment status.
