* Korba / Under the direction of Collector Ajit Vasant, Collector-in-charge Pratishtha Mamgai reviewed the departmental work in the deadline meeting. He directed that gas cylinders should be procured from DMF for the food prepared in all the Anganwadis, schools and hostels of the district. Arrangements are being made. The officials of the concerned department should coordinate with each other and start the process of cooking food from gas soon. He gave instructions to start using gas cylinders within the time period as per the guidelines given by the Collector. In order to maintain law and order in the district, the Collector in-charge gave instructions to hold a meeting of SDM, Police SDOP, Tehsildar and TI from time to time and keep an eye on the activities of the concerned police station areas. In the meeting, he reviewed the pending cases in TL department wise and gave instructions to the concerned officers for their immediate disposal. While reviewing the camp being organized for making Ayushman cards in the meeting held in the Collectorate meeting room, the SDM was directed to make 100% Ayushman cards by organizing camps for the underprivileged people. He directed to organize camps in urban areas for making Aadhaar cards and Ayushman cards in coordination with the education department. The Collector in-charge directed all the SDMs to make progress in the work of making caste certificates of school students. He also gave instructions regarding organizing Gram Sabha again for the missed students. The Collector in-charge reviewed the preparations being made for the state level school sports competition to be held in the district from 21st to 24th October and gave necessary guidelines to the sports officer. He gave instructions to the SDM to recover funds from the Sarpanches who embezzled the funds given for government works. Mrs. Mamgai instructed to send the proposals invited for the work to be done under DMF soon. While giving instructions to update the documents related to land acquisition, he discussed in the meeting about construction of market shed, access road to hostel, PM Janman, electricity system in rural areas without electricity, community building cum office office, pension and Aadhaar seeding, health department, DMF and Discussed other points including recruitment to vacant posts in Anganwadi centres, appointment of teachers, construction of houses for teachers and doctors and issued instructions to officials to issue caste certificates of students studying in schools, forest rights letters to special backward tribe families under PM Janman, banks etc. Instructions were given to benefit from other important schemes including Khata, Ayushman, PM Kisan Nidhi, Kisan Credit Card, Ration Card, Aadhaar. Officials of all the departments including Additional Collector Anupam Tiwari were present in the meeting.
