Steamed Bhindi Sabzi Recipe

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 pinches of salt

3 cloves crushed garlic

1/2 teaspoon refined oil

Step 1 Cut ladyfinger into small pieces

To make this bhindi recipe, wash the bhindi in cold running water and let it dry completely. Once done, cut the bhindi into small round pieces. Then add oil in a non-stick pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil is hot enough, add chopped lady's finger and salt to it.

Step 2 Steam the Bhindi

Cook bhindi on low flame and keep stirring continuously. After a while, cover the pan with a lid and let the bhindi cook in a little steam. Meanwhile, finely chop some coriander leaves, green chillies and ginger to garnish this traditional bhindi recipe. Check after a few minutes.
