Share Market: ₹30,000 crore sank as soon as the market opened! Why did Sensex-Nifty slip?, VIDEO
Share Market Update: Today, the second trading day of the week in the Indian stock market was not a good start for the investors. As soon as the market opened, both Sensex and Nifty were seen in the red. Although the decline during this period was not huge, it has definitely increased the concern of investors. The biggest thing is that as soon as the market opened, investors’ wealth worth Rs 30 thousand crores was wiped out. In fact, on Tuesday morning, BSE Sensex opened with a fall of 58 points at 77,649, while NSE Nifty was seen trading at 24,216, falling 22 points.
On Monday also the market had closed with weakness and Nifty had slipped by about 96 points and closed at 24,238. In such a situation, there was pressure on the market for the second consecutive day. If we talk about the loss of investors, the total market capitalization of BSE listed companies decreased to Rs 482.30 lakh crore, whereas a day earlier it was Rs 482.70 lakh crore. That means, as soon as the market opened, the value of about Rs 30 thousand crores was erased. Now the question is why is there pressure on the market?
