A senior Iranian official explained on Sunday that the talks ended without any negotiations due to excessive demands made by the US side. Hariprasad K, research analyst at Livelong Wealth said the Nifty 50 is currently at a critical juncture. Markets were showing cautious optimism after re-bracing the 24,000 mark, but the near-term outlook has changed as the talks failed. He added that if the talks end without a solution, the market may experience volatility similar to the volatility seen in the early stages of the conflict. According to him, the major indices may open with a fall on Monday.
