Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
First of all, collect the ingredients required for this recipe. You need – 2 cups of chicken, 1 chopped boiled potato, 1 chopped onion, 1-2 green chillies, a little lemon juice, salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder and a little oil or mustard oil. Having all the things ready will make the recipe even easier.
Step 2: Mix vegetables
In a large bowl, add boiled potatoes, onion, green chillies, green coriander and salt and mix well. Due to this, the taste of potatoes and vegetables is already set and when the Murri is added later, everything gets mixed well.
Step 3: Add spices
Now add chaat masala, red chili powder and lemon juice to this mixture. If you like a little spiciness, you can also add some black salt or a little mustard oil to it. By mixing all this a spicy base is prepared.
Step 4: Add Murri
Now add Murri in it and mix quickly with gentle hands. Keep in mind that the muri remains crunchy, so it is best to add it just before eating. If you leave it mixing for too long, the Murri may become soft.

- Now add spices like salt, chilli powder, turmeric and lemon juice as per taste. It should be served immediately after adding lemon juice, otherwise the Murri may become soft.
- Adding fresh green chillies and chopped coriander further enhances the taste of Muri.
- Mash the potatoes well and slowly add them to the Murri so that the spices and potatoes get spread throughout the Murri.
