The 38-year-old actress from Nainital shared insights into how that decision became a turning point in her life.
In a recent interview, Sukirti opened up about feeling too young and uncertain about balancing a new marriage with the early stages of her career. “At that time, I felt very young and unsure about how I would manage my career responsibilities along with marriage,” she said.
The actress added that now, looking back, she feels content with the path she chose. She emphasized the importance of long-term companionship over rushing into marriage and expressed that she would prefer a stable, meaningful relationship if she considers marriage in the future.
Sukirti Kandpal rose to fame with her portrayal of Shorvti Ahuja on Anupamaa, working alongside Rupali Ganguly and Bigg Boss 19 winner Gaurav Khanna. Her performance in the show over five years earned her a loyal fan following and recognition in the Indian television industry.
