Summer season is now starting and changing season always causes diseases. If you do not keep your body hydrated during the summer season or do not eat healthy foods, then problems like stomach upset, pain or vomiting and diarrhea may occur. Not only elders but children also may have to face all this. If you overeat or eat anything during the changing weather, it can cause harm.
In such a situation, you will have to choose your diet according to the season. There are some things which should be completely stopped eating for a few days. too much fried food
Fried foods like samosa, kachori, pakoda, fried snacks are heavy to digest. Eating too much of these in summer can cause acidity, gas and stomach upset.

Eating too much chilli and spices increases heat in the body and can cause burning sensation or pain in the stomach.
street food and open food
Food items spoil quickly in summer. Cut fruits, chaat-pakodas, golgappas etc. found on the roadside increase the risk of infection and food poisoning.
too much junk food
Pizza, burgers, packaged snacks and processed foods can spoil digestion and do not provide the necessary nutrition to the body.
too many sweet and cold drinks
Excessive consumption of cold drinks, overly sweet packed juices or ice cream can increase stomach upset and dehydration.
