Merudandasana
To stay fit and healthy in summer, one must do Merudandasana. With the help of this asana, the body gets energy. This provides a lot of oxygen to the lungs. Along with relieving stress, this yoga asana boosts metabolism, which reduces body heat. This yoga is yoga for the spine i.e. your spine, which is done by keeping the spine straight. Doing this asana strengthens your spine and also stretches the hips and hamstrings.
How to do
1. To do Merudandasana yoga, first spread a yoga mat and sit on it with both legs straight in front.
2.You can also sit straight in Dandasana yoga posture to do this asana.
3. Keep your spine completely straight and place both hands on the thighs of both the legs.
4. Now spread both your legs away from each other. Then lean forward a little and hold the toes of both feet with both your hands.
5. Now straighten your spine completely and lift both legs upward.
6. Holding the toes of your feet, bring both your hands parallel to the floor.
7. This is Merudandasana Yoga, while being in this position, take deep breaths.
8. Try to do this yoga for at least 10 to 12 seconds.
Chakrasana
This asana provides energy to the body because it provides a lot of oxygen to the lungs. This improves mood, provides relief from stress and anxiety and removes fatigue. With the help of this yoga, muscles get new strength and the digestive system becomes active.
How to do
1. First of all, lie down on your back.
2. Bend the knees and keep the feet at a distance of 10-12 inches while touching the buttocks with the heels. Raise your arms and bend your elbows.
3. Place the palms on the ground near the head, above the shoulders.
4. Inhale and slowly lift the torso and bend the back.
5. Slowly leave the head hanging and stretch the arms and legs as much as possible. Inhale slowly and exhale slowly. Maintain the posture as long as possible.
6. After that, return to the starting position by lowering the body in such a way that the head remains on the ground. Lower the rest of the body and relax. This became a cycle. In this way you do four to five cycles.
Kapotasana

Do take it easy in summer. Kapotasana will relieve your fatigue and is also the best pose to calm the mind and increase flexibility and mobility. This is also known as pigeon posture.
How to do

1. Place your knees on the floor and keep your spine straight.
2. Then, slowly extend your right leg in a backward direction.
3. Lean forward and take a deep breath.
4. Push your chest outward and remain in this position for 20 to 25 seconds. Now repeat the yoga with the other leg.
5.Then sit in Padmasana and rest for a few moments before repeating the process four times with both legs.

If the heat is bothering you a lot then do not worry, because you can do Shashanka Asana at home itself. By doing this asana, muscle fatigue is reduced, which reduces heat. It cools down the nervous system easily. Relaxes the muscles, hence body heat goes away.
How to do
1. Bend both your legs and sit on your heels.
2. While moving both the knees away, move both your hands backwards and then hold the straight hand with the opposite hand.
3. While exhaling, leave a gap between your knees and touch your forehead to the ground. Hold the breath in this asana for 30 to 40 seconds.
butterfly posture

This asana is the best asana to do in summer. It removes fatigue from our feet. It also brings flexibility in the legs. By doing this asana the mind and body become calm.
How to do
1. To do this asana, sit comfortably. Open both your legs in front of you. Place both hands on the ground near the thighs. Bring both the soles together and towards yourself.
2. The knees will remain outwards. Hold your toes with both your hands.
3. Keep your neck and waist straight. Hold this asana for at least 40 to 50 seconds.
4. Keep inhaling and exhaling in this asana. While doing this asana, you will feel a stretch in the inner thighs.
5. You should also do these asanas to get relief from summer and stay fit.
