Sunil Khemka, son of Shudh Plus owner, acquitted in rape case in Kanpur
Kanpur. Today on Friday, the court acquitted Ayush Khemka, son of well-known entrepreneur and owner of Shudh Plus Pan Masala, Sunil Khemka, in the rape case. Kanpur court gave him this benefit due to lack of evidence. According to the incident, in 2019, a girl had lodged an FIR in Kalyanpur police station accusing Ayush Khemka of rape on the pretext of marriage. After the completion of the trial of the case, the eight buds case was going on in the court of ADJ Yogesh Kumar.
Sunil's parents were also accused of assault in this case by a girl living in an apartment in Kalyanpur Indira Nagar in March 2019. In the report made by this girl, it was said that Ayush Khemka befriended her on Facebook. After this we both started chatting. One day Ayush asked to meet me. After this both of us met and many more meetings took place.
According to the girl, during this time Ayush proposed me for marriage. Ayush told me that he will marry. On this I fell into his trap. The girl had also alleged that after this one day Ayush had taken her to a hotel. There he also pressurized her to have physical relations with him. At present, after the police action or the case was pending in the court, due to lack of evidence, Sunil Khemka was acquitted of rape charges on Friday. Because of which the matter is once again in discussion.
