Kashmira Shah bowed down and apologized
While talking during the show, Sunita told that this reconciliation happened recently during a cooking show ‘Laughter Chefs’. He said that after about 14-15 years he came face to face with Krishna and Kashmira. Sunita told,
“Kashmira is a very nice girl. She fell at my feet and started crying and apologizing. She said that she had made a mistake. I too got emotional at that time and started crying. I was seeing her after 14 years.”

He further said that seeing the children after so many years gave him an emotional shock, because communication between the two families had stopped for a long time.
Why did the controversy start?
The distance between Sunita Ahuja and Krushna Abhishek started when Govinda considered some of Krushna’s jokes in TV shows objectionable. After this, the sourness in the relationship increased.
It is said that resentment had also increased over an old tweet by Kashmira Shah, in which comments were made on “those who dance for money”. Sunita felt that this comment was against Govinda, after which the tension between the families deepened.

This dispute increased with time. Public statements also continued to emerge from both sides. At one time, Krishna Abhishek had also claimed that Govinda did not reach the hospital to meet his children, whereas Govinda had denied these allegations.
This controversy had increased so much that Sunita had also said many times that she did not attend ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ because of Krishna.
Closeness increased in the family after Govinda was shot in the leg
However, in 2024, when Govinda was accidentally shot, Krishna and Kashmira visited him in the hospital. This meeting is being considered as the beginning of improvement in relations between the two families.
